All Green Building Awards shipments originating from Eclipse Awards are 100% carbon neutral via carbon offsets and planting trees. All orders are shipped via UPS, though we are unable to ship on customers' accounts.
Delivery Guarantee & Damage Claims
Eclipse Awards guarantees safe delivery on all shipments originating directly from Eclipse Awards. In the unlikely event that your order is damaged in transit, let us know within 5 days of receiving your package. Please email photos of your damaged plaque to LEED@eclipseawards.com to commence your damage claim.
Return Policy
As all products are customized, all sales are final. However, Eclipse Awards stands behind the workmanship on all of our pieces. If you aren't satisfied with the quality of your LEED Plaques or LEED Decals, please bring it to our attention.
